Warranty Policy

RestComfort products are the finest in mattress protection, made with the highest quality materials and workmanship available. We stand behind our product and offer a 10 year warranty to RestComfort.com customers from date of purchase. Your protector is warranted for the first 3 years non-prorated with replacement at no charge and prorated 1/10 of cost per year thereafter.

This warranty does not cover or apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear, normal everyday soiling, or commercial use
  • Protectors that are abused or not handled per laundering Care instructions, or that are commercially laundered
  • Stains caused by non-food related grease, inks, cosmetics, bleach, alcohol, dyes, solvents, corrosives
  • The sides of your mattress; your linens, foundation or box spring; or mattresses not using a protector To the extent that any of these exclusions are not permitted under the laws of your state, that particular exclusion does not apply to you.

The duration of any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise is limited to 10 years from the date of purchase. If a defect in your protector results in damage to your mattress, your mattress will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Shipping and handling fees are your responsibility.

If you have a warranty concern, please contact us  by email Help@restcomfort.com Do not return your mattress protector and/or pillow protector to the place of purchase. To process your claim, you must:

  1. Confirm that proper laundering and care instructions have been followed.
  2. Machine-wash and dry the mattress protector immediately after any spillage incident, optimally while fluid is still wet.
  3. Register a claim within 5 days of an incident by email Help@restcomfort.com
  4. Return the product for inspection and validation as instructed. Shipping and handling fees are your responsibility.
  5. Provide the original purchase receipt for your protector. YOUR PROTECTOR MUST BE PURCHASED ON THE SAME DAY AND SAME RETAIL SALES TICKET AS YOUR MATTRESS FOR MATTRESS WARRANTY TO APPLY.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF WHATEVER KIND AND ARE ONLY BE REQUIRED TO SERVICE THE FAULTY STAIN. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

PLEASE RETAIN THIS WARRANTY AND ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR AT LEAST TEN YEARS FROM YOUR DATE OF PURCHASE.

RestComfort inc. warrants to the owner of each premium protection product that if the laminate or fabric becomes damaged within a period of 10 years from the date of purchase as a result of normal household use, RestComfort inc. will replace the protector provided the following care instructions have been followed.

Conditions:

Your protector is warranted against defects in workmanship and material. Structural damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper installation or not properly following the care instructions will void the warranty. The zipper portion of the encasement or item is only covered under this warranty for a period of one year. 

  1. Machine wash and dry the Protector as quickly as possible after spillage, preferably while still fresh, according to our wash and care instructions. The item should be tumble-dried using low heat and bleach should never be used. Product failure due to not following the washing instructions may lead to product failure, which is not covered by our warranty.
  2. To register a claim, please telephone our help line at (888) 714-7408 within 5 days of the incident.
  3. The product must be returned to us for inspection and validation of your claim.
  4. If purchased at a retailer, PLEASE RETURN THE DAMAGED PROTECTOR DIRECTLY TO THEM.
  5. Purchase receipt must be retained and presented to validate warranty.

Your Tempur-Pedic® Advanced Performance Mattress Protector (“protector“) will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, if it is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, for ten (10) years from date of purchase, subject to the limitations described in this warranty.

This warranty does not cover or apply to:
